Privacy policy

Effective 13 October 2026. This platform helps business customers manage WhatsApp enquiries and conversations. Each business controls the customer records it places here; the platform operates the CRM and protects access.
Information collected
We process phone numbers, WhatsApp profile names, messages, media, lead notes and preferences, assignments, ad referral information and, where authorized, imported chat history and contacts. We also process team names and email addresses, account connection information, security records and deletion requests.
Purpose and sharing
We use this information to display conversations, answer enquiries, support permitted follow-ups and automation, manage teams, prevent abuse and satisfy removal requests. Service providers include Meta for WhatsApp, Hostinger or our hosting provider for infrastructure, and the configured email provider for invitations and security emails. They may process information in other countries under their own terms. We do not sell customer messages.
Consent and your business
Business customers must obtain appropriate opt-in consent, honor STOP and opt-out requests, follow WhatsApp rules and applicable law, and provide accurate information to their customers. API access does not itself grant permission to market to someone.
Retention and deletion
CRM records remain while needed for the business service, unless removed through an authorized request. Fully processed webhook files are normally removed after 30 days; failed or quarantined deliveries remain for recovery until resolved or removed through verified deletion. Expired identity links are removed after a further 30 days and completed mail jobs after seven days. Content-free deletion counts and security audit records may be retained for accountability. Hosting backups follow the operator’s configured backup schedule and must be allowed to expire or be separately purged; restored backups must reapply deletions.
Security and requests
Access is restricted by business membership and role. Credentials are encrypted, passwords are hashed, and media is served through authenticated routes. No service can guarantee absolute security. Contact the operator to ask about access, correction, export, consent withdrawal or deletion. Identity and authority are verified before removal.
